1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Weekend Stay website and services ("Platform"). The Platform is operated by Beenu Saxena ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings

All bookings made through the Platform are subject to property availability, host confirmation and the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking. Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Payments

Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to behave respectfully at the property, and to abide by the host's house rules. Damages caused during your stay may be charged to you.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation timelines and refund eligibility are shown on each property page. Convenience fees and payment-gateway charges may be non-refundable.

6. Limitation of liability

Weekend Stay acts as a marketplace connecting guests with property hosts. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your stay beyond the amount paid for the booking.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
